What to Expect During Your Roof Installation

Since this is your home or place of business, you’ll want to know what to expect while our team is working on installing your roof. For the time that our team is working on site, you can expect a small amount of trash and debris, noise from the compresses, and load pounding. All trash and debris will be cleaned up daily. During our process, approximately 5,000 nails will be removed from your old roof, and about 5,000 nails will be used to install your new one. Due to the large number of nails used in roofing, perfection here cannot be guaranteed. We do our best to leave your home spotless after we’re done, there could still be roughly one percent of nails left behind. Additionally, a dumpster will be delivered the day before work starts and will be picked up two days after final cleanup is completed. Before we begin, we advise removing any important items from walls, as banging may knock them down. We also ask that all vehicles be removed from your driveway for your safety.
